We want you to love your HokApparel caps, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with hassle-free returns.

Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Products should be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at returns@hokapparel.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval Process: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided. Include your receipt or proof of purchase in the package.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

  • Want a different size or style? Reach out to us for an exchange! Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you’ve received a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize. Please email returns@hokapparel.co.uk with photos of the issue, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
